By using HVAC Match, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do — and don't do

HVAC Match is a free matching service. We connect you with independent, licensed HVAC contractors serving York Region & the Greater Toronto Area. We do not perform HVAC work ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.

No guarantee of work or outcome

We aim to match you with vetted, licensed contractors, but we don't guarantee that a contractor will contact you, quote your job, or complete any work. The contractors are independent businesses. You are responsible for reviewing quotes, confirming licensing and insurance, and deciding who to hire. Any contract for work is strictly between you and the contractor.

Your submissions

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to be contacted at the phone number and email you provide. See our Privacy Policy for how we use and share your information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HVAC Match is not liable for the acts, omissions, quotes, workmanship, or conduct of any contractor, or for any loss arising from work performed by a contractor you hire.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
